Romana Bates

German Tutor

Romana is Austrian whose mother language is German. She graduated from the University of Economics in Vienna, where she studied Commercial Sciences and took amongst others exams in Business English, Italian and French.
Her working experience ranges from a national charity, to the International Department of the Law Society of England and Wales to the Austrian Association for Self- medication representing the pharmaceutical industry. In all her positions she was working internationally and in a variety of languages particularly in English and French.
Languages are one of her main hobbies and she is currently undertaking introductory Mandarin. She moved with her family to Lincolnshire as her husband took up a work opportunity. Her motivation to teach is the opportunity to share her passion for languages with her students.

Romana tutors in Lincolnshire, and runs adult classes.
